The Following are the Terms & Conditions of the agreement under which rooms are permitted to be used by Guests and are binding on them .

  1. All Guests are required by law to produce a valid photo identity Card at the time of check in , a copy of the same will be retained by the Hotel .
  2. Guest are requested to entertain their Visitors in the Lobby or Restaurant only . No Visitors are allowed in the rooms during the day or night .
  3. Lockers : Lockers are available in the rooms . Guest should use the lockers at their own risk , the management shall not be held responsible for any mishaps . Valuables which are not fit in lockers should be entrusted to to the Hotel Reception and obtain receipt for the same .
  4. Guest are requested to pay advance deposit for the duration of their stay , on the basis of rate fixed by the Management .
  5. Tariff : The basic Tariff is with the breakfast i.e. Continental Plan . Please collect the Tariff card from the Front Desk . Ala Carte meals on fixed prices are available in the Restaurant and through the room service . All guests on plan will be served their meals in the dining area only .
  6. Arrival & Departure Time : “ Check in & Check out Time is 12 Noon “
  7. Settlement of Bills : Bills must be settled at the time of presentation on check out . Cheques are not accepted on check-in or check out .Non Residential Indians, Foreigners are to pay bills by Card or Cash .
  8. Luggage Store : Luggage can be stores in luggage room at the Nominal charge or No charge at the Guest’s sole Risk as to loss or damage from any cause . Luggage can be stored for a period not exceeding one week .
  9. Company Lien on Visitors Luggage and Belonging : In case of default in payment of dues by a guest , the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage or belongings and to detain the same and to sell auction of such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards the amount due by the guests .Visitors are requested to lock their doors of the brooms when going out or going to bed . The company will not responsible for the in any way , whatsoever , be responsible for the loss of the residents good or properties Not entrusted to the management or damage thereafter whether due to neglect of hotel employees or agents or any other causes whatsoever including theft or pilferage . Valuables left in the rooms will be at sole risk of the Guests and Management would not be responsible for the same .
  10. Hazardous Goods : Storing the Cinema films , raw and exposed or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature in residential premises or store rooms is strictly prohibited .Damage to Property : Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage of the property caused by themselves , their friends or their visitors or any person for whom the guest is responsible .
  11. Relation between company & Visitors : Nothing herein above shall constitute of be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub tenancy or any right or any interest in the Hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favour of any guest or resident or visitor and the company allays be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the Hotel premises .
  12. Managements Right : The management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the Hotel Premises and to request any person to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous Notice . and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guests shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so . In default the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room
  13. Dogs or Pets ETC : Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the Hotel .Govt Rules and Regulations : Guests are requested to observe the Government rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect to registration , alcoholic drinks , firearms etc.
  14. Visitors are Requested : To exercise caution while making use of hotel facilities such as lift , or any other facilities provided for their use . Children below 12 years shall always be accompanied by their parent / Adults in the lift . or going to terrace . Management shall not be responsible for any accident of any guest’s negligence .
  15. Parking : of own driven vehicle in parking is at Vehicle Owner’s Risk .
  16. Amendments of Rules : The management reserves to itself , the right to add , alter of amend any of the above terms and conditions and rules .
